The Interview (HITL Loop)

The brief runs a human-in-the-loop interview loop to fill gaps and resolve ambiguities. Here is what to expect:

How it works

  1. Capture --- the skill reads your brain dump and extracts every atomic content unit (ACU).
  2. Classify --- each ACU is classified by domain and type.
  3. Explore --- explorer nodes fan out to analyze the content from multiple angles.
  4. Issue extraction --- the skill identifies gaps, ambiguities, and contradictions.
  5. Interview --- the skill asks you ONE question per turn to fill the identified gaps. You answer, and it incorporates your response.
  6. Draft --- the skill structures everything into a living brief.
  7. Coverage gate --- a set-difference zero-loss check ensures nothing was dropped.
  8. Review gate --- section-by-section review where you approve, edit, or request changes.

User controls during the interview

  • Answer the question --- your answer is captured and incorporated.
  • [DONE] --- you are satisfied; proceed to drafting.
  • [SKIP] --- skip this question; it is logged for later.

During the review gate

  • [APPROVE] --- approve a section.
  • [EDIT: ...] --- request changes to a section.
  • [REJECT] --- reject a section for rework.
