Where it fits in the pipeline

The full pipeline is four stages:

1. epiphany-brief --- capture (this skill)
2. epiphany-spec --- crystallize requirements
3. epiphany-plan --- break the spec into an executable plan
4. epiphany-executor --- build the plan, verified and checkpointed

Each stage hands the next a typed artifact. brief emits a handoff.json that epiphany-spec consumes losslessly --- nothing you said is dropped on the way to a spec.

epiphany-brief is a hand-authored (DEC-001) tier-3 goatcs-harness skill. Its topology class is gated fan-out with interview loop (17 nodes / 23 edges). It dogfoods the harness primitive fs.patch_section.
