What epiphany-spec does

epiphany-spec is a Graph-of-Thought brainstorm-to-specification skill. It takes raw or enhanced input and produces a versioned, audited spec document through three conceptual phases:

1. Excavate --- deep exploration of the input from multiple angles (lateral, spreading, simulation, adversarial branches).
2. Distill --- prune, falsify, and structure the explored ideas into a coherent design.
3. Crystallize --- render the spec document, run the V-battery, and present to the human gate.

The pipeline path is: epiphany-brief -> **epiphany-spec** -> epiphany-plan -> epiphany-executor.

epiphany-spec consumes the handoff.json from epiphany-brief and produces a spec-final.md plus its own handoff.json for epiphany-plan.
